Every engagement is scoped to the business in front of us. We do not resell templates, and we do not require a subscription to keep delivered work running.

Every system we deliver has explicit boundaries: what it may do on its own, what requires approval before it happens, and what it must never touch. Automated systems do not get unrestricted access to business accounts, and they do not make autonomous financial decisions.
This is a deliberate design constraint, not a limitation we are apologizing for. Automation that cannot be supervised is automation that cannot be trusted with a real business.
Custom Solutions, Not Templates
We do not have a standard build that gets renamed for each customer. Two businesses in the same industry usually need different systems, because their processes, tools, staff, and constraints differ.
That is also why prices on this site are shown as starting points rather than fixed quotes. Final scope and price are agreed after we understand the work.
How We Work
- Discovery — You complete the Project Discovery questionnaire and we meet for a free consultation. We learn what you are trying to accomplish before recommending anything.
- Scope — We define deliverables, exclusions, your responsibilities, expected timing, integrations, third-party costs, and price in writing. You approve it before work starts.
- Build — We build the agreed scope, keeping you informed at meaningful checkpoints rather than after the fact.
- Verify — We test the work against how it will actually be used, not just whether it runs.
- Handoff — You receive documentation and a walkthrough so your team understands what was built and how to operate it.
After scope is agreed, you receive a Shopify invoice and pay securely through Shopify.
Support After Delivery
Support is deliberately separate from implementation. You are never required to buy a recurring plan to keep delivered work functioning.
If something within an agreed scope does not work as agreed because of a defect in our work, we correct it — you do not need to purchase a support session for that. Later, as-needed help with an existing implementation is available through a one-time AI System Support Session, and ongoing monthly work is available through a retainer if you want it.
