Digital Product Policy

At Storefront Signal, all products are delivered digitally and available for instant download after purchase. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally considered final.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You purchased the same product more than once accidentally
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
  • You experience a technical issue that prevents access to the product
  • You did not receive your download after purchase

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the problem quickly.


Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of software knowledge
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Downloaded products already accessed successfully
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen settings

Commercial Use & Licensing

Most Storefront Signal products include commercial use unless otherwise stated in the product description.

You are welcome to:

  • Use purchased assets for personal projects
  • Use products in commercial branding and content
  • Incorporate assets into your creative workflow

You may not:

  • Claim original ownership of the artwork
  • Resell the original files as standalone products unless explicitly permitted
  • Redistribute files for free
